Everaldo was born in Maputo in Mozambique, into a family with an entrenched history of creative talent.
Everaldo fell in love with art at the age of 15. He started by sketching images of his surroundings; Mozambiquan people going about their daily activities using any medium available to him at the time.
Everaldo’s deep desire to travel, brought him to South Africa where his creative passion was able to make him a living. It was in 2005 that Everaldo met Clive Sithole who introduced him to a number of local artists and Durban’s hub of creative arts and culture, the Bat centre.
Everaldo has dedicated his creative skills to wood cut prints illustrating the subject matter that initially ignited his creative passion as a child.
